Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams and a strong background in building integrations and web application development, with proficiency in Ruby-on-Rails and React development within a SaaS environment. Excellent leadership skills, business acumen, strategic vision, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions are also required. This role is open to candidates in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will provide engineering leadership, define technical strategy, and ensure code quality and performance for the Ecosystem Team. They will mentor engineering talent, collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features, and manage projects against delivery timelines. Responsibilities include leading the team to deliver quality solutions for customers and vendors, collaborating with mobile counterparts, managing team performance through 1-on-1s and reviews, enabling the team to produce well-tested code, fostering a positive work environment, reviewing code, advocating for engineering best practices, contributing to engineering culture, communicating updates to stakeholders, and recruiting engineering talent.
