The candidate must be adept at building, leading, and scaling high-performing product management teams, establishing clear goals and metrics, and fostering a culture of innovation. Strong collaboration skills with engineering and operations leadership, as well as experience interfacing with international expansion teams, are crucial.
The Senior Director of Product, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Technology will define and execute the long-term technology vision for supply chain and manufacturing systems to support significant business growth. Furthermore, the Director will build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of product managers, establishing clear goals and fostering innovation. They will collaborate with engineering leadership for seamless execution and partner with the Advanced Manufacturing and Robotics Team to identify technology requirements for automation. The role includes building in-house manufacturing planning and execution systems, translating business needs into technology solutions with operations leadership, and developing supply chain technology for international expansion.
