Candidates should possess at least six years of software sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and successfully managing net new and upsell revenue strategic territories. A strong understanding of regional accounts, including cultural nuances, company specifics, and currency considerations, is essential. Familiarity with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDK’s, Javascript, and messaging platforms is a significant advantage.
The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for generating and maintaining an active pipeline of sales opportunities, qualifying inbound leads and creating outbound leads, conducting discovery and pricing calls, delivering high-level platform demonstrations, identifying partner and marketing opportunities to drive revenue growth, and evangelizing the product to both prospective and existing clients. They will also collaborate closely with Product Leaders, Marketers, and Developers globally to scale the business in North America.
