Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of healthcare sales or strategic account management experience at an enterprise level. Experience in understanding enterprise customer needs and translating them into achievable goals is required, along with experience in SaaS companies in the healthcare industry. Candidates must have experience owning commercial targets and revenue retention/growth. Impeccable verbal, written communication, presentation, and articulation skills with attention to detail are essential. The ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders is also necessary. Candidates should be able to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Executive will lead relationship cultivation to surface new verticals and growth areas to create more value within the existing client base. They will participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, Joint Operating Committees, and other meetings with clients’ leadership teams to drive strategic alignment, product education, and growth opportunities. The executive will define and implement stakeholder mapping and account plans that strategically build a network of key contacts and advocates to further align with strategic priorities and metrics to drive account growth. They will own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting for expansion opportunities with current partners. Additionally, they will codify account management processes and structures to drive longitudinal relationship management, retention, and growth, and approach the market with a beginner's mind, bringing iterative feedback back to product and solutions teams to continually improve Notable’s ability to drive outsized outcomes for partners. Finally, they will align internally with sales, deployments, marketing, and solutions teams to evolve our product and service.
