Candidates should possess 5-7 years of sales experience with a record of quota over-achievement, preferably in a SaaS environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior industry experience, particularly in ticketing, is required, along with experience working in a growth-stage environment and familiarity with consultative sales methodologies. Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive, and web-based presentation technology is also necessary.
As a Strategic Account Executive, the individual will be responsible for exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual key performance metrics by selling Eventbrite solutions to large accounts and enterprises, delivering value-based sales pitches, engaging clients through phone and virtual meetings, creating and maintaining a sales pipeline, guiding lead generation initiatives, managing the end-to-end sales process, working with product on new releases, identifying external partnerships, developing expertise in the ticketing industry, updating the CRM system, conducting accurate deal forecasting, and effectively collaborating with peers, customers, and vendors. They will also represent Eventbrite at customer forums/conferences/panels and conduct accurate deal forecasting and revenue delivery.
