Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in Account Management or New Logo acquisition within a SaaS organization, demonstrating a hunter mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. They should have experience managing 6-7 figure renewals and upsells within a SaaS company, along with exceptional stakeholder, communication, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in the Japanese language is preferred, and comfort with utilizing AI tools is expected.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Account Executive, the primary responsibility is to manage MURAL’s enterprise clients in the APAC region by applying a human-centered approach, building a strategy to break into a portfolio of prospective clients, and driving annual renewals, expansions, and upsells. The role involves understanding client business goals, delivering optimal solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, establishing consultative relationships, and acting as an internal advocate for customers with MURAL’s product teams, while also contributing to the expansion of the Mural and LUMA presence in the region.
