Requirements

  • Bac +2 or equivalent appreciated
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an assistant(e) de direction
  • Mastery of French and English
  • Excellent mastery of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Keynote

Responsibilities

  • Ensure liaison with France HQ / EHQ / WHQ to coordinate visits involving Nike VIPs, key accounts, etc., and support meetings related to these visits
  • Coordinate and support key moments of the HOI (events, team building…), in collaboration with the People & Engagement team
  • Update organizational charts
  • Organize, coordinate, and supervise logistics for visits and seminars: negotiate with external providers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, event venues, transportation) for the HOI and France direction
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Build and maintain a solid support network with your team, colleagues, and counterparts
  • Participate in projects: identify, evaluate, and propose improvements to work processes
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and weekly reports
  • Opportunity to participate in specific in-store projects for development in that area
