Minimum 5-7 years of executive administrative experience supporting C-level or senior executives
Proven experience in complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities

Responsibilities

Manage complex, multi-time zone calendar with competing priorities and constant changes
Coordinate all meetings and appointments
Preparation of meeting materials and follow-up actions, as needed
Arrange comprehensive travel logistics and itineraries
Provide in-person support as needed to the President
Anticipate the President's needs and proactively address potential challenges
Prepare briefing materials and conduct preliminary research for meetings and decisions
Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders
Manage confidential information with absolute discretion
Organize studio events, team meetings, and industry engagements
Arrange and facilitate meetings at the local office
Build and maintain relationships with key contacts
Represent the studio professionally in all interactions
