Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop HPE Storage Partners
  • Create and drive the Joint Storage Business Plan
  • Manage goals in the Joint Storage Business Plan
  • Seek out new opportunities for partners by expanding and enhancing existing opportunities using advanced storage expertise
  • Create and drive the storage sales pipeline
  • Capture leads outside of specialization and use closed-loop lead management for assignment and follow-up
  • Collaborate with account pursuit teams to leverage solutions expertise for business development
  • Contribute to development of quota objectives and future direction for storage product lines
  • Direct and coordinate supporting sales activities related to pipeline hygiene through account managers, Presales, channel partners, and other stakeholders
  • Effectively use internal sales tools to maintain a healthy pipeline and account plan
  • Collaborate across HPE teams to deliver consistent approach to business development, including account planning for end-to-end solutions
  • Establish professional, consultative relationships with partners by understanding unique business needs
  • Reinforce and articulate HPE's strategy and portfolio to partners and champions to uncover new opportunities and contacts, including new logos
  • Use references to simplify complex technologies for customers
  • Actively generate customer interest, anticipate buying trends, and illustrate ROI & TCO advantages
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure account success
