Requirements
Candidates must possess a B.S. in an engineering discipline or equivalent, with over 8 years of experience in integrated hardware/software solutions engineering, application engineering, or similar roles. The ideal candidate has led the overall project efforts for at least 5 new products into production and has a strong technical background in cloud-connected devices, edge computing, data as a product, machine learning, and fleet management. Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams, managing complex project lifecycles, and leading field technical teams across multiple locations is essential. Knowledge of public transportation and experience delivering technologies to government agencies are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
The Staff Solutions Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and implement technical projects, clearly communicating technical information to customers. This role involves leading technical investigations in the field, assessing new use cases for customers, and effectively reporting project status to both clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include leading field projects, executing client programs, and monitoring product performance data to proactively identify and address anomalies.
