Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or technical program management with a strong understanding of data platforms and external reporting. Proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced) for writing joins, filters, and validations across multiple tables is required, along with working knowledge of Python (basic to intermediate). Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, version control systems like Git, data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake, dbt), and BI tools like Looker or Tableau is necessary. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments are essential. Domain knowledge in payments, banking, or financial services, experience managing external partner-facing data requirements, and exposure to modern data stack tools are considered advantageous.
The Senior Data Product Manager will lead initiatives at the intersection of external reporting, partner integrations, and banking & money movement (BMM) enablement. They will own and define product requirements for the Data Platform that support BMM products, collaborating with the BMM product team on a shared roadmap. Responsibilities include refining and maintaining partner-facing data processes, defining and managing reporting requirements by gathering field-level data needs from stakeholders, and supporting new integrations and product launches by ensuring correct data capture and representation. The role also involves validating and triaging data concerns, serving as a first point of contact for data-related questions or inconsistencies, and coordinating across teams to ensure end-to-end data coverage for partner-facing outputs.
