Requirements

The Staff Product Designer (UX/UI) should possess 5+ years of relevant product design experience, a professional portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and visual excellence in handling complex, data-heavy interfaces, and expert-level knowledge of industry design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience designing enterprise-grade products, balancing business goals with customer needs, and a clear point of view are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Staff UX/UI Designer, the candidate will lead designing, prototyping, and evaluating the usability and adoptability of Northbeam’s products, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into requirements and designs in partnership with a cross-functional team. They will develop a strong UX/UI vision for the Northbeam platform, advocate for excellent design, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Furthermore, they will iteratively deliver and enhance products, and articulate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly designs and presentations.
