Requirements
The Product Designer should possess 2-4 years of experience as a product or UX designer, demonstrating proficiency with Figma and strong communication skills. They should be organized, proactive, and self-motivated, eager to contribute to design systems and experiences. Bonus points include experience with enterprise or data-heavy products, familiarity with user research and testing, and comfort working across teams and tools.
Responsibilities
As a Product Designer, you will translate requirements into user-centered design solutions, confidently present work and iterate on feedback, document design decisions, and execute with autonomy. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders, lead design discussions and reviews, communicate design rationale clearly, balance user needs with business and technical constraints, proactively address conflicts, and build trust through clear communication and follow-through. Additionally, you will estimate design timelines, manage tasks, and contribute creative ideas while supporting ongoing learning and innovation.
