Role: Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer at Qualified, you will be responsible for the design of the Meetings product and cross-platform projects within the Core product team. The role involves working on different products and projects each quarter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering, and design to create new features and products.
  • Iterate quickly on prototypes and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Elevate the UX standards for the entire product team.
  • Utilize strategic product thinking to understand objectives, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on their impact on the company.
  • Design new foundational elements for the multi-year roadmap.
  • Explore innovative ways to integrate AI into Qualified's products.
  • Contribute to Quartz, the company's design system.
  • Enhance the Qualified Meetings product.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working directly with product and engineering teams to ship features.
  • Proficiency in molding ambiguous problems into clear goals.
  • Appreciation for handcrafted visual design and attention to detail.
  • Strong focus on user experience.
  • Experience with designing, prototyping, and collaborating using Figma.
  • Proven ability to ship polished experiences by working closely with engineering counterparts.
  • 2+ years of B2B design experience is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of modern sales and marketing processes in tech.
  • Experience with or interest in data visualization.
  • Comfort working across multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
