Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience working directly with product and engineering teams to ship real features, 2+ years of B2B design experience preferred, an understanding of modern sales and marketing processes in tech, experience with data visualization, and comfort working across multiple projects/teams at once. Proficiency in Figma and a passion for handcrafted visual design are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Designer at Qualified, you will own the design for the Meetings product and contribute to cross-platform projects on the Core product team, working closely with product owners, engineering, and design to create new features and products. You will iterate quickly on prototypes, create high-fidelity visuals, ensure the product team raises the bar of UX, use strategic product thinking to make decisions, and contribute to Quartz, the design system. You will also help work on foundational roadmap pieces, find new ways to incorporate AI into Qualified’s products, and design Qualified Meetings enhancements.
