Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience as a product designer, preferably in technology-forward Enterprise SaaS software. Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools, including AI prototyping tools, is required. A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, user-centered design processes, and impactful outcomes, ideally focusing on Administrator and Developer personas, is essential. The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner, team-oriented, a great communicator, commercially aware, driven, and possesses a startup mentality.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will work on the design of end-to-end user experiences for feature management and enterprise expansion, translating complex technical problem spaces into intuitive UX patterns. Responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, delivering high-quality design artifacts like user flows and prototypes, and collaborating closely with engineering and product partners for high-quality implementation. The designer will also participate in design critiques, contribute to the design system, and advocate for user needs in platform-wide discussions.
