Job Description
As a Cortex Customer Success Architect, you will:
- Empower customers to deploy and customize their XDR/XSIAM platform effectively.
- Act as a product SME, assisting customers with technical questions and requirements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize customer experiences.
- Drive product adoption by utilizing new features and developing innovative use cases.
- Translate technical knowledge into customer-facing articles and guides to scale customer coverage.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to enable effective customer deployment and customization of their XDR / XSIAM platform.
- Act as the product SME, assisting customers with their product questions and technical requirements.
- Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
- Drive product adoption by expanding the use of new features and innovative use cases.
- Ensure technical knowledge is translated into customer-facing resources.

- Experience: Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.
