Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst. Strong technical skills in security technologies, incident response methodologies, and threat analysis are essential. Familiarity with XDR/XSIAM platforms is preferred.
The Staff Engineer Customer Success will provide guidance and assistance to customers for effective XDR/XSIAM platform deployment and customization, act as a product SME to address customer technical requirements, collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure optimal customer experience, drive product adoption by expanding usage and developing innovative use cases, and create technical documentation and guides for customers to scale their knowledge.
