Responsibilities
The Staff Data Analyst will be responsible for investigating customer usage, enablement, and engagement to unlock value from the install base. This role involves leading deep-dive analyses on critical business questions, owning the end-to-end reporting process for key support and customer health metrics, and supporting business owners in understanding their operations. Additionally, the analyst will design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports, and collaborate with analytics engineers to ensure data pipelines align with company strategy.
