Responsibilities

Partner with Client Success and Commercial teams to build and deliver data-driven narratives highlighting Maven’s impact on clinical outcomes, cost reduction, and employee well-being for enterprise clients
Design interactive dashboards and scalable reporting frameworks that empower customer-facing teams to track utilization, engagement, and ROI metrics
Architect data sources and reusable reporting models for efficient, scalable analytics delivery across enterprise customers
Lead analytics initiatives collaborating across Client Success, Finance, Sales, and Engineering, with ownership of deliverables, alignment on objectives, milestones, and data definitions
Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and reporting processes, implementing scalable automation and documentation for reliability and transparency
Translate complex data into clear, outcome-oriented insights for customer executives and HR/benefits leaders
Support adoption of automation tools to scale client reporting
