Requirements

3+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth startup or tech company
Expert-level SQL skills
Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool
Experience solving data problems in a healthcare-related field (e.g., RCM, provider operations, value-based care, health tech SaaS)
Ability to identify business challenges based on metrics and analyses
Ability to recommend solutions to improve business processes
Ability to balance analysis with decisive execution
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

Responsibilities
