Requirements

Candidates should have a strong engineering background with deep technical experience in complex infrastructure/platform initiatives such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, as well as engineering tooling like Datadog and Databricks. Experience leading large-scale technical programs including data residency and compliance frameworks, with hands-on Jira management and agile operations best practices, is essential. Proven ability to define and drive technical roadmaps to completion and build strategic networks across the organization to influence technical decisions are required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Product Manager will own and drive a complex technical product roadmap and initiatives, including data residency, cell architecture planning, HIPAA compliance, BYOK encryption, and security projects. This role involves making technical trade-off decisions, defining architectural requirements, and driving engineering teams toward cohesive solutions. The individual will partner with engineering and product leaders to resolve technical dependencies, facilitate technical tradeoffs, and drive accountability across the organization to ensure enterprise customers receive technical capabilities faster and technical debt decreases.
