Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on Kubernetes, automation, or infrastructure products, and demonstrate deep expertise in Kubernetes ecosystems, CNCF projects, and developer tools. Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd is preferred, along with proven ability to lead strategic, complex technical initiatives at enterprise scale. Exceptional strategic thinking, market analysis, and the ability to identify new opportunities and create winning strategies are also required, alongside a deep curiosity and passion for building exceptional developer experiences.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Manager will define and drive strategic initiatives around machine-to-machine communication, Kubernetes integrations, workload identity, and automation capabilities, identifying emerging market opportunities and developing strategic approaches to capture them. They will collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to develop Kubernetes-native features and services, engaging regularly with enterprise customers to translate their requirements into product strategies and roadmaps. Furthermore, they will provide thought leadership internally and externally around Kubernetes ecosystems and best practices, and mentor the broader product management team.
