Demonstrated experience in clinical sales, preferably within the acute care space, is essential, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
The Sr Specialist, Clinical Sales will serve as a professional clinical advisor, communicating the clinical value of Baxter solutions to customers and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. They will demonstrate Baxter/Hillrom solutions, consult with hospitals to optimize technology and establish strategic partnerships, contribute to clinical programming, engage customer clinical leaders, and lead key customers in developing evidence-based protocols and reference site participation.
