Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of 4+ years of experience is required, along with demonstrated ability in leveraging AI tools for productivity enhancement. Experience working with clients and technology partners, selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software is essential. The role requires comfort in engaging multiple decision-makers, exceptional presentation skills, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Candidates must be self-motivated, capable of remote and autonomous work, and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer will drive new customer opportunities by providing sales and technical assistance, articulating Cohesity technology to both business and technical users. Responsibilities include enabling customers to integrate Cohesity products seamlessly, developing secondary storage technology strategies for key customers and partners, and communicating Cohesity's vision through demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals. The role involves identifying customer needs, crafting proof of concepts, collaborating with product management to convey field insights and customer requirements, and providing project management and post-sales technical support.
