Requirements

Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in a GTM/Sales Full Cycle Recruiting role, preferably within dynamic and fast-paced B2B SaaS environments. Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to executives, with a demonstrated skill in strategic influence is required. A strong track record of successfully closing candidates in complex offer scenarios, including those involving privately held, venture-backed companies, as well as publicly held entities, is also necessary. Demonstrated ability to excel in remote work settings while maintaining high performance standards and adaptability in rapidly evolving conditions is essential.

Responsibilities

The Sr. GTM Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through closing, identifying and engaging top talent through various channels, extending offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless transition into onboarding. They will develop and maintain a high bar for assessment of candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate assessments or pre-interview exercises as required. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to conceptualize and execute a formative assessment, talent and hiring strategy, aligned with Vanta’s broader, strategic initiatives. Additionally, the recruiter will track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
