As a Recruiter at Jasper, you will be instrumental in hiring for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused individual to join our collaborative and impact-driven Talent team. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for GTM functions: sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, offer delivery, and negotiation.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through proactive outbound sourcing.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that embodies Jasper’s values.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize data and insights to enhance recruiting processes and decision-making.
  • Experiment with AI tools and recruiting technology to improve efficiency and scale hiring practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and creatively communicate Jasper's story to target audiences.
  • Contribute ideas, feedback, and a team-first mindset to continuously improve the Talent function.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least two years managing full-cycle searches.
  • Experience hiring for high-volume GTM roles, preferably Sales, within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred) and an interest in leveraging AI in recruiting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • A high degree of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Passion for recruiting and a genuine excitement for building great teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $135,000 (base salary, may vary based on experience, skills, competencies, and certifications).
