Requirements

Responsibilities

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for GTM teams, including sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, and offer negotiation. They will build talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, ensure a positive candidate experience, and partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies. Responsibilities also include using data to improve recruiting processes, experimenting with AI tools, supporting employer branding, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Talent function.
