Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Support Consultant will receive and resolve inbound customer help requests through various channels including phone, chat, and email, advocating for customer needs and ensuring issues are addressed to resolution. They will consult with customers to optimize their business operations within Zenoti, demonstrate technical expertise, and escalate issues to higher levels of support when necessary. Furthermore, the consultant will develop and maintain their technical knowledge in assigned product areas and contribute to high customer satisfaction through trusted advisory support.
