Candidates must have over 7 years of product management experience with a successful track record of shipping API-driven features or products and optimizing post-launch performance. They should have experience working with multiple partners to resolve conflicting requirements and negotiate successful solutions, along with demonstrated ability to lead external partner integrations with a strong technical focus. Excellent product judgment is essential, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, along with experience managing relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL or similar analytical tools is necessary, as is experience with on-demand delivery, logistics, ecommerce, fleet management, streaming services, or healthcare services with real-time reliability requirements.
The Senior Product Manager will set the product vision and strategy for delivery platform capabilities and partner integrations to enhance service efficiency and scalability. They will partner with engineering teams to ensure technical excellence, crafting actionable requirements and supporting engineering through API documentation and user acceptance criteria. The role involves defining key performance metrics to analyze production performance, ensuring compliance and scalability by collaborating with legal and compliance teams, and acting as the primary technical point of contact between Serve Robotics and partner technical teams to ensure successful integration and alignment with product goals.
