Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of Accounting Integration products and integrated partners
Define a long-term vision for integrations across accounting, ERP, and other studio ecosystems and drive stakeholder alignment
Evolve Wrapbook’s integrations for scale, extensibility, and performance to position as a best-in-class partner
Own the integrations roadmap, from supporting current accounting integrations to building new ERP connections, defining near-term priorities, and driving measurable outcomes
Write clear product requirements and supporting documents based on customer research and data analysis, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to make projects engineering-ready
Execute with a dedicated Integrations team, partnering with Engineering Manager through discovery, delivery, and iteration
Engage directly with customers to understand accounting system workflows, ensure proper onboarding to integrations, troubleshoot issues, and translate insights into product improvements and roadmap direction
Refine the customer experience, ensuring proper setup, data mapping, and error handling
