Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Accounting Integration products and integrated partners
  • Define a long-term vision for integrations across accounting, ERP, and other studio ecosystems and drive stakeholder alignment
  • Evolve Wrapbook’s integrations for scale, extensibility, and performance to position as a best-in-class partner
  • Own the integrations roadmap, from supporting current accounting integrations to building new ERP connections, defining near-term priorities, and driving measurable outcomes
  • Write clear product requirements and supporting documents based on customer research and data analysis, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to make projects engineering-ready
  • Execute with a dedicated Integrations team, partnering with Engineering Manager through discovery, delivery, and iteration
  • Engage directly with customers to understand accounting system workflows, ensure proper onboarding to integrations, troubleshoot issues, and translate insights into product improvements and roadmap direction
  • Refine the customer experience, ensuring proper setup, data mapping, and error handling
