Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully leading product development and launch
  • Strong understanding of accounting, ERP, and other studio ecosystems
  • Experience with API-forward strategy and integration development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate on two levels at once: shaping long-term strategy and delivering short-term customer value

  • Experience with product requirements definition and documentation
  • Ability to lead a dedicated team and partner with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including direct customer engagement and issue resolution

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Wrapbook's Accounting Integration products and integrated partners
  • Define a long-term vision for integrations across accounting, ERP, and other studio ecosystems
  • Own the integrations roadmap and drive alignment with key stakeholders
  • Evolve Wrapbook's integrations for scale, extensibility, and performance
  • Write clear product requirements and supporting documents based on customer research and data analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to bring projects to "engineering ready."
  • Execute with a dedicated Integrations team, leading through discovery, delivery, and iteration
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their accounting system workflows and troubleshoot issues
  • Refine the customer experience and ensure proper onboarding, data mapping, and error handling
  • Guide Wrapbook's evolution from supporting individual partner connections to delivering a cohesive, scalable integration framework
