Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams and delivering measurable results at scale. A strong technical background is necessary to guide architecture, technical direction, and decisions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering large, complex, cross-functional projects on time, possess the ability to recruit, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent, and create and maintain an inclusive, high-performing, and engaged team environment. Experience managing remote, distributed teams effectively and the ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions quickly, and take accountability for outcomes are also required. Specific experience in SaaS B2B, end-user product development, or building scalable B2B backend services, infrastructure, or platforms is preferred depending on the team. Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), security, or cryptography is a plus for the Unified Identity team.
