The Password Manager group defines the core user experience of 1Password — it’s the team that builds and scales the features our customers interact with every day. From storing and autofilling credentials to improving how users organize, share, and secure their most sensitive information, this team ensures 1Password remains intuitive, fast, and trustworthy. As adoption grows, we are focused on solving complex technical and design challenges at scale, driving innovation that empowers millions of users globally.
Team-Specific Experience: Experience in SaaS B2B, end-user product development, or delivering polished, high-quality user experiences.
The Enterprise Ready team ensures that 1Password can scale to meet the needs of larger and more complex organizations. This team builds and operates critical backend services that power enterprise administration — including policy management, server-side policy enforcement, and integrations that enable businesses to configure and manage 1Password deployments at scale. Their work covers both administrative interfaces and backend services-focused work, with a strong emphasis on scalability, reliability, and performance. Ideal candidates will bring experience building infrastructure and services that support business-to-business (B2B) products.
Team-Specific Experience: Experience building scalable B2B backend services, infrastructure, or platforms that enable enterprise administration at scale.
The Unified Identity team is building the next-generation identity infrastructure that will power secure, frictionless access across 1Password’s ecosystem. This team is at the forefront of our Extended Access Management strategy, responsible for centralizing how identities are managed, authenticated, and authorized — all while preserving user privacy and strong cryptographic guarantees. We are solving complex problems around key management, federation protocols, lifecycle management, and interoperability at scale, laying the foundation for future product innovation.
Team-Specific Experience: Background in identity and access management (IAM), security or cryptography, and familiarity with federation.
