Requirements

Candidates should have consulting experience at a leading strategy/consulting firm and experience working for a leading telecommunications company. A strong understanding of how technology drives transformation in Telco & Media, experience in a customer-facing role selling and delivering consulting services, and financial acumen are also required. Senior leadership experience in the Telco industry is expected.

Responsibilities

The Telco & Media Strategist will develop value narratives and horizons for strategic customers that demonstrate the impact of ServiceNow's solutions on their P&L. Responsibilities include partnering with account teams to identify and align go-to-market teams around value narratives, progressing pipeline by infusing value and industry expertise, and calculating analyses for top pursuits. The role involves identifying the value of use cases and key processes within Telco & Media, infusing insights and KPIs into value models, business cases, and executive presentations, and building trusted relationships with customer and partner executives.
