Responsibilities
The Sr. Principal Engineer will build a strategic vision by setting comprehensive technology strategy and priorities across all business verticals, focusing on customer needs, security-first architecture, and cloud/SaaS solutions. They will build and scale a world-class technology organization, manage the technology budget responsibly, and drive the implementation of AI and machine learning systems. This role involves overseeing horizontal integrations across portfolio companies, leading oversight of all internal systems including customer support, sales, revenue reporting, payment processing, and HR/payroll integrations, and accelerating customer acquisition through innovative technology implementations.
