You will collaborate with agency partners, motorsport rights holders, and internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and the executive team to deliver impactful events.

Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of CrowdStrike’s global motorsport event strategy, with a strong emphasis on high-touch, premium hospitality programs for senior executives, high-value clients, and VIP guests.
  • Support a robust international events calendar, including exclusive, high-profile experiences at the Las Vegas Grand Prix and other flagship motorsport moments.
  • Design and deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect CrowdStrike’s world-class brand, from personalized pre-event communication to onsite concierge-level service and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage and execute elite-level hospitality, including paddock club experiences, private suite activations, trackside engagements, and curated itinerary development for C-suite attendees.
  • Ensure flawless operational delivery by working closely with top-tier agency partners, premium vendors, venue stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Maintain a sharp focus on the details that define luxury guest experiences, including seating, flow, catering, gifting, ambiance, and white-glove service protocols.

Partnership Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners and motorsport rights holders, including the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with global sponsorship stakeholders, governing bodies, and internal departments.
  • Leverage sponsorship assets, entitlements, and rights efficiently across marketing programs.
  • Ensure compliance and governance in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

Marketing Integration & Content Activation

  • Develop integrated co-marketing initiatives with enterprise clients that align with sales acceleration and strategic goals.
  • Oversee creative development, content capture, and real-time storytelling for digital and social amplification.
  • Represent CrowdStrike externally with strong executive presence and compelling communication.

Leadership & Strategic Impact

  • Provide inspirational leadership with a compelling vision for motorsport sponsorships that engages internal teams, clients, rights holders, and media.
  • Apply strategic thinking and results-oriented problem-solving to navigate complex, high-stakes environments.
  • Drive measurement frameworks and analytics for post-event reporting, demonstrating business impact and ROI.
