Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will drive the technical strategy for the hardware camera product family, ensuring team vision aligns with Hudl's overall goals and market positioning. They will focus on outcomes, enabling the team to deliver high-impact work efficiently through data-driven decisions and rapid iteration. This role involves close collaboration with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver product enhancements, ensuring products exceed expectations. The manager will empower and coach a team of four to eight Software Engineers, supporting their professional development and fostering a culture of continuous growth. They will also champion Agile practices and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
