Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, though this is not mandatory. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales executive or sales leader, particularly in a startup environment within Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps, is required. Proven success in managing the entire sales cycle for enterprise customers (1,000 to 10,000+ employees) and experience with consultative or solution selling methodologies are essential. Familiarity with DevSecOps and Application Security pain points, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to quickly learn and articulate software value propositions are also necessary.
The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue growth by managing end-to-end sales cycles within the Ohio Valley territory, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying needs, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, prospecting and qualifying customers through various channels, conducting needs analyses and product demonstrations, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
