Requirements
- Leadership experience in field access, patient solutions, or related roles within pharmaceuticals/biotech
- Ability to develop and lead pan-Canadian strategies for access and patient solutions across Gilead's portfolio
- Experience working cross-functionally with departments and regions on therapeutic area tactics (e.g., HIV, viral hepatitis, oncology, hematology)
- Strong relationship-building skills with external stakeholders in the Canadian reimbursement environment
- Capability to co-create and oversee brand-first strategies and targeted programs/data generation by province/territory
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, diverse, collaborative environment
- Direct accountability for field execution and optimization of patient outcomes
- Reporting to Senior Director, Value, Access & Pricing
Responsibilities
- Lead pan-Canadian strategy and field execution for Field Access & Patient Solutions within Gilead’s portfolio
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement strategies optimizing patient outcomes
- Co-create and oversee execution of brand-first strategies aligned to business units
- Work with Field Access colleagues in other provinces to ensure execution to plan
- Engage external stakeholders in the Canadian reimbursement environment to achieve and maintain access to Gilead products
- Develop targeted programs and data generation specific to therapeutic areas by province/territory
- Build relationships with departments and cross-functional colleagues to support product access
- Contribute to Gilead's mission by advancing therapies in areas like HIV, HCV, oncology, and inflammatory diseases
