Responsibilities

  • Define and champion a compelling access strategy across Payer Value Proposition Development & Field Enablement and Patient Support Services Affordability Solutions
  • Inspire teams to pursue a shared vision that elevates access and affordability across the diabetes care portfolio
  • Design and evolve affordability solutions that balance patient financial support with insured coverage pull-through
  • Own, manage, and grow relationships with external advisors, market access agencies, and access vendors to communicate the brand access vision and execute access strategies and programs
  • Leverage data, market research, and field intelligence to craft persuasive payer engagement strategies
  • Manage market access agencies and vendors to deliver differentiated value propositions that resonate with payers
  • Establish seamless collaboration between Global Brand, U.S. Marketing, and Commercial teams to align payer strategies with brand objectives and market realities
  • Engage internal stakeholders across Market Access peer functions, HCP Sales, U.S. and Brand Marketing
