Responsibilities

  • Become an expert across multiple Workday products with a focus on HCM and Talent
  • On client engagements: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype building, assist client in testing
  • Work with clients to translate requirements and legacy data into Workday solutions
  • Assist Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions
  • Understand and apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all client engagements
  • Ensure clients take advantage of Workday's proven solutions
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants
  • Work with consultants and product experts to develop solutions for common customer challenges and streamline deployment processes
  • Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships
  • Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with new Workday releases and job-critical skills
