Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in tools like Salesforce, analytics platforms, marketing automation, and A/B testing frameworks is required, along with over 5 years of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, design, marketing, and sales teams. Experience with funnel analysis, conversion optimization, customer lifecycle automation, data-driven decision-making, rapid execution, thoughtful prioritization, UX sensibility, improving onboarding and payment flows, and developing end-to-end eCommerce solutions is necessary. A background of over 3 years in cybersecurity products or SaaS and over 3 years of experience with specific tools is also required. Candidates must be located remotely in the EST or CST time zones.
The Senior Growth Program Manager will drive trial growth and activation by managing customer requests, resolving operational queues, and identifying process improvements to enhance trial-to-paid conversions. They will optimize trial-to-paid conversion rates by identifying and removing friction points, improving onboarding flows, and conducting A/B tests. This role involves collaborating with engineering, product, design, and marketing to deliver seamless user experiences and conversion-optimized journeys. The manager will conduct research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and own end-to-end growth initiatives from ideation to execution, spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. They will connect with customers to understand their goals and needs, translating them into actionable deliverables, and present insights, experiment results, and growth recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
