Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, data visualization skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics, web and app events, and backend transactional data is essential. A strong foundation in data analysis, technical skills, and a keen understanding of the eCommerce landscape are required.

Responsibilities

The Senior eCommerce Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive analysis of full funnel behavior from top of funnel through point of sale and beyond. They will monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics across DTC and marketing channels, and analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey using LLM/AI-driven solutions. The role involves working closely with eCommerce DTC, growth marketing, product management, engineering, and design teams to define the eCommerce analytics strategy and implementation.
