Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation design, and experience in digital commerce. Demonstrated success in strategy development and operational execution within relevant sectors like CPG or eCommerce is required, along with exceptional presentation, structured communication, analytical ability, and leadership skills. A CPG network and the ability to drive business development and source meaningful CPG connections are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Advisory will drive high-impact advisory engagements for existing brand partners, solving critical business challenges using proprietary data and marketplace expertise. Key responsibilities include conducting brand/category diagnostics, identifying digital whitespace for innovation, planning channel/geographic expansion, and building omnichannel eCommerce strategies. The role involves aligning recommendations with brand management, leading consulting engagements, building client relationships, defining growth strategies, overseeing project delivery, developing proposals, collaborating with internal teams, and conducting research and benchmarking.
