Requirements

Candidates must possess 10+ years of enterprise SaaS experience, including 5+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams. Proven experience closing complex, multi-threaded deals with F1000 customers and influencing C-level decision-makers is essential. Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Strategic Sales will lead and develop a team of 5-6 Account Directors, co-sell and lead strategic pursuits with enterprise executives, and own a $10M+ ARR target. Responsibilities include shaping and executing a hybrid go-to-market model, partnering with peer leaders and cross-functional teams, accurately forecasting, driving operational rigor, and influencing product, marketing, and customer success priorities. The role also involves recruiting and retaining top talent, embedding leadership behaviors, and championing DEI, collaboration, and customer value.
