Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in global warehousing, transportation, or logistics management

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global warehousing and transportation strategy aligned with business objectives
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and best practices for warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery
Drive network optimization initiatives to improve cost efficiency, service levels, and sustainability
Oversee the operation and performance of multi segment distribution centers, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery
Monitor global transportation trends and regulations to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and environmental policies
Manage and own operational relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight carriers, and warehouse partners
Work cross-functionally with procurement, planning, operations, and finance teams to align logistics strategies with business goals
Evaluate and implement advanced logistics technologies such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions
Develop risk management frameworks for warehousing and transportation disruptions
