Responsibilities

  • Serve as legal subject matter expert for Procore’s channel programs and professional services offerings
  • Provide direct support to the Global Partner Program Office, Partner Success Managers, and the Global Professional Services organization and leadership
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate complex strategic partnership, channel, and services agreements
  • Provide practical, commercial guidance and compliance advice to global Sales executives and internal stakeholders
  • Help shape business and legal terms and deal structures to ensure compliance with applicable law and company policies
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously refine templates, playbooks, fallback guides, guidelines, research files, FAQs, policies, processes, procedures, and other tools
  • Efficiently manage and partner with outside counsel to augment the Legal GTM function
  • Help improve internal processes and procedures, achieve better outcomes, and enhance transaction velocity
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional GTM support to expand Procore’s sales and delivery reach internationally
  • Help the company scale and accelerate deal velocity in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment
