Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the international strategy, overseeing all aspects of launch and ongoing operations
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies
  • Identify, vet, and negotiate with potential international partners
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international partners
  • Manage operational requirements, including logistics, customs, and international payment systems
  • Conduct market analysis to understand local consumer behavior and competitive landscapes
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Build a high-performing team of in-house and external partners
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency
  • Manage the P&L for international operations
  • Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and operational plans for international markets
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to navigate international tax, legal, and sustainability regulatory compliance
