The Sr. Director, Human Resources should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 10 years of progressive HR experience. Strong leadership, influence, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to change.
As the Sr. Director, Human Resources, you will create and implement HR initiatives to support strategic business objectives, provide strategic HR mentorship and coaching to senior leaders, lead talent management processes, and strategically plan and implement talent movement. You will partner with leaders to design and optimize workforce structures, ensuring businesses achieve financial goals through effective management of human capital investments, and will also ensure compliance with company policy regarding compensation and benefits.
