A proven ability to develop and execute a long-term community strategy aligned with organizational goals is essential, along with expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) methodologies to achieve strong product and business outcomes. Deep understanding of sophisticated growth strategies and product adoption implementation is required, as is the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization and demonstrate exceptional executive presence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
The Sr. Dir, Product Growth & Community Education will foster and scale a global community of students and educators around Adobe Education by engaging users, gathering feedback, and implementing community-driven features. This role involves championing the user community internally, ensuring user needs are prioritized in product strategy, and positioning Adobe as an industry leader in creation, collaboration, and community within education. The individual will also be a leading voice for Product- and Community-led Growth across Adobe Education product leadership teams, mentoring a distributed team of Growth Product Managers, and driving excellence in PLG execution. Key responsibilities include leading strategies and growth funnels for user acquisition, community engagement, and monetization to drive the momentum of Education as a significant business for Adobe, and strengthening the company's Product Growth capabilities through a culture of curiosity, challenging existing frameworks, and experimentation.
