Life360 seeks a bold, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Director, Global Growth Media to spearhead our worldwide media performance, digital channel effectiveness, and end-to-end customer journey optimization. This is a high visibility, future-forward leadership role that integrates media ownership, digital experience innovation, cross-channel orchestration, and systems-level thinking.
You will manage a substantial global media budget, partnering deeply with internal teams and external agencies to accelerate Life360’s growth in both subscriptions and device sales. This role drives critical cross-functional collaboration with data science, analytics, and RevTech teams, evolving our measurement and optimization frameworks through MMM, attribution, and AI-enhanced targeting.
As a strategic operator, you'll align performance marketing with ambitious business objectives and long-range planning, navigating complex collaborations across marketing, creative, product, and engineering. You'll innovate our media operating model, leveraging AI and human talent to their fullest potential for rapid, efficient, and impactful scale.
You will own the entire media spectrum, from demand creation and brand awareness to performance conversion. This includes developing brand media strategies to establish Life360 as the #1 Family Brand globally, alongside optimizing high-intent media to capture immediate growth across all sales channels: retail, e-tail, and owned commerce.
US-based Salary Range: $187,500 to $275,500.
