Candidates should possess extensive experience setting an agile roadmap and bringing products to market, along with a passion for building product experiences that impact teachers and students. A background in education and/or edtech is ideal, but not required. Strong business acumen and an understanding of complex state adoption requirements are also necessary.
As a Director of Product, ELA, you will drive Kiddom’s goal of making high-quality ELA curricula accessible and user-friendly, reducing implementation friction and ensuring student outcomes. You will develop a strategic plan for building a best-in-class ELA product in partnership with curriculum providers, proposing a roadmap, resourcing structure, and go-to-market approach. You will become an expert on your product area through market research, GTM feedback, and data-driven insights, creating product differentiation to most impactfully serve customer needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding products throughout the state adoption cycle, focusing on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions for districts across the country, and experimenting with new tools to advance how education leaders understand and guide their schools, staff, and students.
