Requirements

Candidates must possess a history of leading design for and launching complex products, experience working iteratively with engineering teams, and experience with at-scale workflows and automation. A background and understanding of marketing, creative, and/or data tooling for enterprise teams and companies is required, along with the ability to build functional prototypes for user testing.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Designer, you will drive passion and the ability to navigate ambiguity to understanding and detailed designs, collaborate closely with experts in AI/ML and marketing to craft innovative experiences, simplify complex workflows through visual storytelling and design artifacts, and build an effective and dynamic team and design culture within the GenStudio group. You will also analyze ambiguous problems, identify gaps and opportunities, arrange order through connecting dots and structured design problem-solving, and bring order through connect dots and structured design problem solving.
