Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience as a design lead in graphic design and presentations, with expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides features, including design, formatting, animation, and transitions. A strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail across multiple digital platforms is required, along with the ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines. Excellent proofing, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary, as is experience working directly with executive leadership and managing projects using software like Monday.com. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is essential, as is experience incorporating multimedia elements and creating data visualizations. Experience with AEM, Ceros, Figma, and Sketch is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Strategic Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating multi-discipline marketing assets to the highest standard while maintaining brand consistency, and for assisting C-suite and senior executives with strategic communications. This includes preparing high-impact presentations that convey complex information through visualization and storytelling, and collaborating seamlessly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The role requires schedule flexibility and the ability to internalize Vonage Branding Guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
